All event applications for planned events for the period of 1 November 2017 until 15 January 2018 must be delivered to the Plett Tourism Association by latest 15 October 2017 for processing and pre-approval.
This is done to ensure that Bitou Municipality receive events applications for road closure applications, temporary liquor licence applications and any other public participative processes by latest 31 October 2017
Event application forms are available on pletttourism.com and can be emailed to email@example.com by the 15th October 2017.
No event application received later than the aforementioned closing dates will be considered for approval
