APPROVED BUDGET AND TARIFFS 2018/19 AND ADOPTED REVISED INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT PLAN (IDP): 2017 - 2022

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 22(a) of the Local Government: Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003) and Section 18 of the Municipal Budget and Reporting Regulations 2008 respectively, that the Annual Budget 2018/2019, tariffs and IDP was approved during the Special Council meeting held on 31 May 2018.

Notice is also hereby given in terms of Section 25(4) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act. No. 32 of 2000) that the 2018/ 2019 review of the IDP (2017 – 2022), was also adopted during the Special Council meeting held on 31 May 2018.

In terms of Section 21 and 21A of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act No. 32 of 2000), BITOU MUNICIPALITY hereby notifies the local community that the Council Resolution, and all other relevant documentation may be inspected at the under-mentioned offices of the Municipality during normal office hours from 10 June 2018. The said documentation is also available on the website of the Municipality: www.bitou.gov.za as well

KENNISGEWING: GOEDGEKEURDE BEGROTING EN TARIEWE 2018/19 EN AANVAARDE HERSIENE GEINTEGREERDE ONTWIKKELINGSPLAN (GOP) 2017 – 2022

Kennis geskied hiermee ingevolge Artikel 22(a) van die Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Finansiële Bestuur wet, 2003 (Wet Nr. 56 van 2003) en Artikel 18 van die Munisipale Begrotings en Verslagdoening Regulasies van 2008, onderskeidelik; dat die 2018/2019 Jaarlikse Begroting, tariewe en die Hersiening GOP 2017 – 2022, goedgekeur is gedurende die Spesiale Raadsvergadering van 31 Mei 2018.

Kennis geskied ook hiermee ingevolge Artikel 25(4) van die Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Stelsels wet, 2000 (Wet Nr. 32 van 2000) dat die Hersiening van die 2017 – 2022 GOP ook goedgekeur is gedurende die Spesiale Raadsvergadering van 31 Mei 2018.

Ingevolge Artikel 21 en 21A van die Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Stelsels Wet, 2000 (Wet Nr. 32 van 2000), gee BITOU MUNISIPALITEIT hiermee kennis aan die plaaslike gemeenskap dat die Raadsbesluit, en alle tersaaklike dokumentasie beskikbaar is vir besigtiging in die ondervermelde kantore van die Munisipaliteit gedurende gewone kantoorure vanaf 10 Junie 2018.
