Citizen's Portal

Citizen's Portal

Through the citizen’s portal, a user will be able to view their account balance, submit meter readings, as well as check latest valuation role and check property details.

The Citizen’s Portal is a web-based platform that enables property owners with a Municipal account to take control of their Municipal account accessing the following:

  • View account balances
  • Submitting meter readings
  • Check the latest Valuation Roll and
  • View property details

Property owners can view their latest statements on the Billit portal as well as the Bitou Online Account System.
