Notice is hereby given that all municipal offices will be closed between 14h00 and 16h30 on Thursday 21 September 2017.
The Municipal Manager Mr. Thabo Ndlovu have convened a staff meeting with all Bitou employees.
The functioning of essential and emergency service departments will resume as per normal.
This meeting is compulsory for all Bitou staff members.
