Notice is hereby given that the Bitou Municipal Administrative Offices will officially be closed for the Festive Season with effect from Thursday, 24th December 2020 at 12h00 and will remain closed until Thursday, 31st December 2020. All Offices will effectively re-open on Monday, 04th January 2021 at 07h30.

The following Sections will maintain skeleton staff;
(i) Financial Services;
(ii) Customer Care, Legal Services Division and Human Resources Management Branch (Corporate Services)
(iii) Building Control; Town Planning and Economic Development Divisions (Economic Development & Planning)
(iv) Integrated Human Settlements (Community Services)

Please take note that all Essential Services Sections of the Departments: Community Services and Engineering Services will be fully operational and staffed, with back-up personnel on standby and will be available during this period.

The Executive and Management of Bitou Municipality would like to wish all residents and visitors alike a joyful Festive Season and for those who will be travelling, we wish you a safe journey. We also encourage everyone to protect themselves from the Corona virus by following the protocols and regulations from the World Health Organization and the South African Government.
