CUSTOMER CARE SATISFACTORY SURVEY

NOTICE NUMBER: 190/2021

Bitou Municipality Customer care involves putting systems in place to maximize our customers’ satisfaction with our business. The Customer Care Section is there to act as an intermediate between you, our valued customer and Municipal Service Delivery Departments.

As the Bitou Municipality, we are conducting a survey about our Customer Care service. This survey will assist us with making improvements in areas that are lacking within the where the Customer Care Section.

To take part in the survey, go to www.bitou.gov.za/ccs-survey. The Survey is open for all our customers that call in to the call centre for service delivery assistance.

Our Communications and Customer Relations team will be visiting all the communities in the coming week to assist residents that do not have access to the internet fill in the survey.

Bitou Munisipaliteit se kliëntediens behels die instelling van stelsels om die tevredenheid van ons kliënte met ons besigheid te maksimeer. Die afdeling Klanteversorging is daar om as tussenganger op te tree tussen u, ons gewaardeerde kliënt en munisipale diensleweringsafdelings.

As Bitou-Munisipaliteit doen ons 'n opname oor ons kliëntediens. Hierdie opname sal ons help om verbeterings aan te bring, waar die afdeling Klanteversorging nie is nie.

Om aan die opname deel te neem, gaan na www.bitou.gov.za/ccs-survey. Die opname is oop vir al ons kliënte wat by die inbelsentrum inskakel vir hulp met dienslewering.

Ons kommunikasie- en kliëntverhoudingspan besoek die komende week al die gemeenskappe om inwoners wat nie toegang tot die internet het nie, te help om die opname in te vul.
