Municipal Notice No: 182/2020

Please note that the DTCL has been dealing with massive backlogs that has been caused by the Covid -19 Pandemic. We are now finally ready to take new applications for Learner Licences, as from Monday the 27th July 2020. However, due to strict Covid -19 protocols, we are forced to limit the numbers of people visiting our offices. We will be taking a limited number of people per day on a first come first serve basis.

• Monday and Wednesday – 25 People will be served
• Friday  - 13 People will be served
