THE WESTERN CAPE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SETTLEMENTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE BITOU MUNICIPALITY HEREBY INVITE YOU TO ATTEND A FINANCE LINKED INDIVIDUAL SUBSIDY PROGRAMME (FLISP) SUPPORT WORKSHOP
First time buyers and low-to-middle income households face many barriers when entering the property market. Challenges include affordability, credit worthiness and the supply of affordable housing in the province. FLISP aims to provide qualifying applicants, who secure mortgage finance with a financial institution, with a once-off subsidy towards their bond

The workshop will include
- Four training sessions, held every hour, to guide future applicants on how to access the FLISP subsidy.
- Dedicated hands-on support in preparing FLISP application forms.
