Dear Consumer

This serves as the first notification of a water interruption; further notices with more clarity will follow later this week, and on a weekly basis going forward.

Please note that the supply of water to your premises will be interrupted on an ongoing basis for one week and there will be days where no water supply through the reticulation system will be possible.  Water tankers will be provided and a schedule will be provided for your area in due course.

The purpose of this interruption is to complete a pipeline tie-in as part of the Kranshoek Bulk Water Supply project.

The municipality will provide the exact dates of the interruption as soon as possible, however at this stage, it is anticipated that the planned interruption is the week of 10 – 13 August 2020.  Confirmation is awaited from the Contractor.

Dates (to be confirmed): Monday, 10 August 2020 – Thursday 13 August 2020
