NOTICE NUMBER: 257/2018

Notice: Is hereby given in terms of Section 28(3) of the Municipal Systems Act (Act No. 32 of 2000) which prescribes that the Municipality must inform communities about the particulars of the process it intends to follow in its Integrated Development Plan.

On Friday 31/08/2018 Council adopted the 201 8/2019 IDP Review and Budget Time Schedule (Item no: (C/6/64/08/18) and this resolution gives effect to section 34 (b), 28 of the Municipal Systems Act (Act 32, of 2000) and section 21 (b) of the Municipal Finance Management Act, Act 56 of 2003.

MAYORAL “IMBIZO’S”

The Executive Mayor of Bitou Municipality Cllr. Peter Lobese is inviting all community members to attend the “Mayoral Imbizo’s’’. These meetings will take place in the various wards according to the schedule below.  The aim of these meetings is to provide you, the member of the public an opportunity to participate, demand and influence the planning and budgeting processes for the 2019/2020 financial year.
