Notice is hereby given that the Municipal Public Accounts Committee Meeting will be held in the Council
Chambers, Municipal Offices, Sewell Street, Plettenberg Bay on Thursday the 19th of March 2026 at
09H00, to discuss the annual report for Bitou Municipality for the financial year 2024/2025.

117 van 1998 (Wet 117 van 1998) dat die Spesiale Raadsvergadering van die Bitou Munisipaliteit
geskeduleer is vir Donderdag, 19 Maart 2026 om 09h00 in die Raadsaal van die Bitou Munisipaliteit, om die Jaarverslag vir Bitou Munisipaliteit vir die Finansiële Jaar 2024/2025 te bespreek.

Die bogenoemde vergadering sal regstreeks uitgesaai word op die munisipaliteit se amptelike YouTubekanaal.
