Notice is hereby given that certain municipal offices will re – open for the public on Monday, 01 June 2020, to render the following services:

• Motor Vehicle Registration and Licensing – Melville’s Corner
• Consumer Services
• Payments of Municipal Accounts – Melville’s Corner
• Account related enquiries and related information – Melville’s Corner
  • (Members of the public are however encouraged to submit / direct any queries and / or complaints via e-mail to finance@plett.gov.za)
• Town planning and Building Control – Melville’s Corner
• Administrative and Legal matters – Municipal Main Building – Sewell Street
• Engineering and Community Services – Marine Drive.

The municipality will continue to provide essential services and the provision of other municipal services will be rendered on a limited scale. 

Security personnel will be on duty at all Municipal buildings to render assistance in terms of access.

Members of the public are reminded that the wearing of face masks is compulsory and access to municipal buildings will be prohibited to individuals not adhering to the regulation.

The normal office hours will be applicable.
