Please note - when you log on to the system for the first time you must use your account number as the username and password. After you have logged on to the system you will be able to change your password and update your personal details.
The Bitou Revenue Section has confirmed that all Consumer Statements for January 2021 have been generated and have been issued via e-mail, short messaging service and ordinary mail as normal. Residents can also follow the below link in order to view invoices for the current and previous month:
