The above-mentioned By-Law of Bitou Municipality is hereby advertised in terms of the provisions of Section 160(4)(b) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, Act 108 of 1996, read with Sections 12 and 13 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, Act 32 of 2000.

Kindly be advised that the By-Law is open for public inspection and written comments. Printed copies of the By-Law may be viewed at all Bitou Public Libraries within 30 days of this advertisement.

Closing date for the public comments is on 30 September 2019 at 16:30.
