Road Safety Awareness Campaign

Who may enter : Schools within the Bitou jurisdiction

The scholars will build floats and parade them through our beautiful town. Not only do we wish to raise awareness amongst our children but also the broader community / all users of our roads.

 

Schools will gather at the Plett Police Station as from 08h00 in order for the parade to start at 09h00 through Plett Main Street.

 

Indigenous games in which the respective participants will be participating:

• Egg in a basket
• Waterballon gooi
• Tou trek
• 3 Been resie (teacher with scholar)Other Fun activities open for all:
• Display by Knysna Dog Unit
• Interactive Educational talk by Daantjie Kat
• Jumping Castles
• Face painting
• Variety of stalls
