This division is responsible for ensuring the effective functioning of the Council’s Committee support services, Registry services, administrative and technical support services to the Municipal Public Accounts Committee, and Auxiliary services.
Key Performance Areas
Council & Committees Support services
Provide secretariat and corporate support to the Council and its committees, managing the entire decision-making process from the submission of an item to the Council or its Committees through to the resolution and its implementation.

Registry
Offer application platforms that meet business requirements by aligning document management systems to facilitate efficient circulation, response, storage, and retrieval of documents.
Municipal Public Accounts Committee
Deliver specialised administrative, logistical, and technical support to MPAC to ensure the effective execution of its oversight responsibilities in accordance with applicable legislation and municipal policies. Support includes facilitation of MPAC operations through efficient documentation, stakeholder engagement, meeting coordination, and oversight reporting.
Provide specialised administrative, logistical, and technical support to the Municipal Public Accounts Committee (MPAC), ensuring effective execution of its oversight responsibilities in compliance with applicable legislation and municipal policies.
Auxiliary services
Coordinate and administer auxiliary support services within the municipality by overseeing the delivery of professional office cleaning services.
