ROADSPAN SURFACES (PTY) LTD invites tenders from experienced EME/QSE
subcontractors / suppliers for Contract SANRAL N.007-030-2021/1 FOR THE PERIODIC
MAINTENANCE (RESURFACING) ON NATIONAL ROUTE 7 SECTION 3 FROM CITRUSDAL
(KM 75.30) TO CEDERBERG INTERSECTION (KM 102.52)
endorsed by The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL). This
project is in the province of the Western Cape and is located in the West coast District and
Cederberg Local Municipality.

Subcontractors are required for the following subcontracts:

N.007-030-2021/1_SC04: TRAFFIC ACCOMMODATION
The approximate duration is 7 months
N.007-030-2021/1_SC014: TIPPER TRUCKS FOR ASPHALT DELIVERY
The approximate duration is 2 months
N.007-030-2021/1_SC015: TIPPER TRUCKS FOR AGGREGATE DELIVERY
The approximate duration is 1 months
N.007-030-2021/1_SC016: TIPPER TRUCKS FOR MILLING AND WATER TRUCK
The approximate duration is 5 months

Only tenderers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database at the
closing date for tender submissions and who comply with the definition of a Targeted Enterprise
under clause C.2.1.1 and are at least 51% Black owned and who is an EME or QSE or
cooperative, are eligible to tender.

Only tenderers that meet all the eligibility criteria under clause C.2.1.1 of the Tender Data will be
considered.

COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 11:00 on 5 June 2025.

Only tender offers submitted as a hardcopy in a neatly bound file as specified in the Tender Data
will be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted in the format as stated in the Tender Data.
