1. Supply and delivery of (2 off) new purposed manufactured Under Pressure Drills (UPD) for water   connections.

2. The Under Pressure Drills are required to perform under pressure drilling which is the precise process of drilling a hole into a pressurised/flowing water pipe system without leaking its contents or interrupting flow.

Notice is hereby given to all residents in Church, Formosa and Rice Streets of the imminent water supply interruption that will take place as indicated below. The water supply will be cut in order to connect to the new pipeline supplying Church Formosa and Rice Street.
